This online payment system is provided by Visakhapatnam Port Authority. Refund Policy

• This online payment facility is to collect for the services rendered by port towards port users, employees and pensioners and others as enlisted the payment portal. VPA is not responsible for the amounts remitted but not credited to VPA account.

• After ensuring credit of amount to the Port Authority bank account / Customer Port Deposit account, the service bills will be adjusted against the remittance made. Any errors or problems that arise at any stage of remission shall be addressed by the port users at appropriate level to get the issues sorted out and amended advice shall be produced to the Authority for appropriate action.

• In case of remittance that has been remitted to wrong Customer Deposit account at the time of remittance, the rectification will be done on submission of confirmation of wrong remittance from the remitting party and NOC from the other party to whom the account is being credited.

• The adjustment / refunds are governed by VPA rules and regulation in force from time to time.

• The jurisdiction for any dispute will be Visakhapatnam.


All payments are subject to the following conditions

• All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees.

• Payments in this website can be made through Net banking and UPI mode only.

• Normally payment is required to be made in advance (i.e. before you commence your activity).

• Transaction Service charges and service taxes will be charged extra and it is changeable. Make sure before entering your transaction password or OTP, grid value or CVV number either in Net Banking or UPI transactions.

• If the card supplier declines payment the Visakhapatnam Port Authority is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

• In no event will the Visakhapatnam Port Authority be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
